GLORIA'S PUMPKIN PIE CRUNCH 1 can of pumpkin (16oz) 1 can of evaporated milk (12oz) 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp salt 1 yellow cake mix 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. (2 sticks) melted margarine or butter Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom of a 9x13 pan. Combine the first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into greased pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top (evenly) (use your hand to do this!) Top with nuts. Drizzle melted butter over this. Bake 50-55 min till golden brown. Cool Completely. Top w/ cool whip if desired. THIS IS SO DELICIOUS---U WILL NEVER EAT A PLAIN PIECE OF PUMPKIN PIE AGAIN
