KATY’S “UPSIDE DOWN GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE” RECIPE Ingredients: Betty Crocker Super Moist German Chocolate Cake Mix 1 stick of Butter ˝ 14oz. package of Angel Flake Sweetened Coconut ˝ 8oz. package of Chopped Walnuts ˝ 8oz. package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese Brown sugar 13x9 inch dish
Begin by following the cake mix directions to place ingredients into a bowl and mix, *add cream cheese to bowl and make sure you mix it well into the batter, cook cake as directed. Then prepare the 13x9 inch dish – pour melted butter into dish, sprinkle brown sugar until you cover the butter, sprinkle walnuts and then sprinkle coconut on top. Let cake cool after cooking for 4 minutes before inverting it onto another dish. Enjoy!
