What is the Bob Ross Wildlife Painting Technique?

The Bob Ross Wildlife Painting Technique allows you to paint beautifully, realistic looking, "Nature's furry friends". Like Bob's wet-on-wet landscape method, his wildlife style lets you complete a painting in a very short amount of time, and with no previous experience.

Benefits of using the Bob Ross Wildlife Technique:

bulletEach of the Bob Ross Wildlife Projects are designed specifically for a beginner in mind. Even if you have never painted before, you too can learn to paint with his method.
bulletLearn how to paint realistic Foxes, Baby Seal, Pandas, Tigers, Lions, Birds, Owls, Eagles and a whole lot more of nature's furry friends.
bulletTo paint Wildlife, soft oil paints are used, because of their much creamier consistency; the wildlife brushes are smaller and more precise than the landscape brushes. It is extremely important not to alter or substitute wildlife products for floral products or landscape products.

Wildlife Mediums

Glazing Medium is an excellent medium to produce the fine details characteristic of animal fur. It dries quickly, resists yellowing and provides a long lasting quality paint film. Accompanying the glazing medium is the Liquid Acrylic Black and Liquid Acrylic White. (Use these as base coats for the perfect start for any wildlife painting).
